Swedish Massage

A Swedish massage is a popular and classic massage technique designed to relax the entire body. It involves a combination of long, flowing strokes, kneading, friction, tapping, and vibration to manipulate the soft tissues of the body. The main goal is to release muscle tension, improve blood circulation, and promote overall relaxation.
Swedish massage is known for its gentle and soothing approach, making it a great choice for those new to massage therapy or looking for a relaxing experience.

Hot Stone Massage

A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy that uses smooth, heated stones to help relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. The stones, typically made of basalt (a type of volcanic rock that retains heat well), are heated to a comfortable temperature and placed on specific parts of your body, such as your back, stomach, chest, face, palms, and feet.
During the massage, the therapist may also use the stones to perform various massage techniques, such as long strokes, circular movements, and kneading, to enhance the therapeutic effects.

Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy is a holistic healing treatment that uses natural plant extracts, known as essential oils, to promote health and well-being. It involves using aromatic oils either through inhalation or by applying them to the skin. It is known to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, ease pain and discomfort, and boost your mood and energy.
Aromatherapy is often used as a complementary therapy alongside other treatments to enhance overall well-being.
